I am thinking about using Polaroid pictures for autographs. I purchased a cute little book for my girls to collect the photos in! Would the space at the bottom of the photo be big enough for the characters to autograph the photos or should I reconsider?

A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you, Kattie. We're so glad you found us to ask this question. I absolutely love meeting characters during my visits to the Disneyland Resort. Collecting their autographs will make such a fun keepsake from your visit.

I simply love your idea to have the characters sign a photo that they take with your girls. This will make such a fun and memorable activity during your visit. I think that there should be plenty of room at the bottom of the photo for character autographs. In fact, I've seen an idea where a guest took a tumbler with them for all the characters that they met to sign. I saw plenty of smaller (yet recognizable) signatures on this creative medium. Another idea (perhaps as a backup) is to also take a book where you can paste the photograph and have the character sign the page where the photo will be. Of course, this is just in case the space on the photo doesn't work out, which I think it will.

A great place to meet characters (the Fab Five in particular) is in Town Square just after you've passed under the tunnel to leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy. If you haven't already, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app for your visit. In the app, you can tap on the location icon at the bottom followed by selecting "Characters" from the drop-down list at the top. Here you will find where different characters are located throughout both parks. I also find the Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering extremely handy to save time.

Well, Kattie, I hope this helps as you're getting ready for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Don't be shy and come back to see us with any other questions as you continue to plan.

    See ya real soon,
    Michelle
