I was thinking about using the grocery delivery service for a few things we will need.We are staying at pop century resort- just curious if anyone has used this service before? Did you have to be in your room? Or will front desk put in our room?

    Hi Melissa,

Thanks so much for visiting us here on the Moms Panel, and asking this great question! Our family has used grocery delivery services for a few of our Walt Disney World vacations, and it has always been such an asset.

Each grocery delivery service has different rules, regulations and requirements when it comes to their deliveries. Garden Grocer, the delivery service we've used, requires that you be available within the 2 hour window that you choose when you place your order. Walt Disney World Resort hotels do request that all grocery orders be placed at Bell Services. You can always request that the delivery person bring your groceries to your resort room, but due to their large workload, they may not be able to fulfill that request. If your order is left at Bell Services, you are responsible for attaining it. It will not be delivered to your room.

I hope this answers your question, Melissa. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney Day!
