Hi, We are thinking of taking my 13 yr old son to Disney but he's not too keen on some rides. I'm not that brave to go on rides by myself so would want to go on with my partner. Are there stewards who are certified to sit with kids during the ride?

    Hi Samantha,

If your son does not want to ride any of the attractions at Walt Disney World, your only option would be to do a Rider Swap. Your partner and yourself would then both be able to ride an attraction separately without having to wait in line twice. If this is something which you would like to do, simply speak to a Cast member as you enter the attraction in question.

I will say that although every child is different, all of the rides as Walt Disney World are designed to be family friendly and my 7-year-old son has now been on every single one of them.

I hope that you manage to ride all of your desired attractions together as a family and wish you a magical holiday!
