Hi Beth!
One of the hardest things about booking a Disney Cruise Line vacation is having to wait for the sail date to arrive. A last-minute vacation will be all the fun, without the wait!
You won't need to worry about availability in the
Youth Clubs for your 6-year-old. Once your child is registered for the club (at the cruise terminal or once you board the ship), he/she is welcome to come and go whenever the club is open. The attentive, fun Oceaneer Club Youth Counselors will be on hand to provide the kids with fun interactive activities, games, and stories throughout the day. They might even get a visits from some favorite Disney Characters! It's the place to be for kids ages 3-12. Youth Club activities are included in the cost of your cruise.
For your littlest cruiser, nursery care is available at an additional charge, and must be reserved in advance. You can make reservations online once you book your cruise, or during Open House on Embarkation Day. Because space is limited, I encourage you to make your nursery reservations as early as you can. For first-time cruisers, you can make reservations up to 75 days in advance.
Hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions as you plan.
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
