We are thinking of taking our office to WDW. There will be 8 adults and a total of 5 kids. My husband & I (and our two kids) want to have our own space. We need something for the 6 adults & 3 kids. What is the most econimical way to do this &

Hi April! What a wonderful gesture you and your husband are doing for your office personnel. I am sure they will be thrilled with such a magical vacation!

I can understand that you would want your own space. I suggest you book separate rooms for all the parties whether that be three or four rooms. Look into the new Value resort, Art of Animation, as it is a good economical resort but being new it is offering some great new amenities and decor.  It has three sections of family suites and one section of regular rooms so you can decide what might work best for you and for the other parties. The family suites have a separate bedroom and two bathrooms which is certainly a nice feature. There are also family suites at the All Star Music resort as well as regular rooms. These two resorts would definitely be your best value.

You can plan some dining together and then allow each party to plan individually. You can give them the lead on what is expected as a group and what they can do on their own. Offer the phone numbers they need to plan and any other information they might need. Refer them to the Disney website, www.disneyworld.com so they can become familiar with the parks and all the amenities of the property. And of course offer that they come to this site and ask us questions as the planning progresses.

My husband brought his company at one point to Disney and we had several planned activities but also gave them an abundant free time. No matter what you plan and do they will have an amazing vacation!
