Never been but was thinking about taking my husband and four children here next year. I have no idea what a hopper pass does can someone explain why I would need that? Also cool hotels for kids not too expensive?

    Hi Crystal,

There is nothing more exciting than planning your first Walt Disney World vacation! Adding the Park Hopper Option to your ticket allows you to "hop" between the four theme parks as many times as you want per day. You could start out your day at Disney's Hollywood Studios, go back to your resort for a swim break, and then head into Magic Kingdom Park to experience the nighttime parade and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show. The options are endless!  We love the Park Hopper Option because it allows us to change up our plans based on what our kids want to do and gives us more options for dining and entertainment each day.

As far as hotels go, every Walt Disney World resort has a great theme. For larger families, I would suggest checking out the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. This value resort is a ton of fun for kids, with their favorite characters around every corner, and your room will include space for everyone. Each Family Suite has one queen-size bed, one double-size convertible TableBed, one double-size sleeper sofa, living room, two bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Please be sure to come back and see us again, Crystal. We'd love to help you make your first Disney Parks vacation as magical as possible.
