I was thinking of taking my family (myself, my husband, and our two boys, ages 6 & 7) on the pirate and pals fireworks cruise. Can you give me advice and est. cost?

    Hi Megan!

My family did the Pirate & Pals Fireworks Cruise on our recent vacation and it was a lot of fun!

You start off the night with snacks and drinks. During this time you will get the chance to meet Captain Hook and Mr. Smee for photos and autographs. Once you get onto your boat, you will meet your pirate guide who entertains everyone throughout the evening with stories, games and jokes. Your boat will stop for an up close view of the electrical water pageant, and then you get a truly breathtaking view of Wishes complete with music. Once you return to shore there is a surprise guest waiting to greet you.

I would highly recommend going on this adventure. It's a great way to spend an evening with your family and the view you get of the fireworks framing Cinderella Castle is very nice. The best part is that you don't have to fight with the crowds at the Magic Kingdom or find a good viewing spot beforehand.

The current cost for the cruise is $53.99 for guests ages 10 and up, and $30.99 for children ages 3-9. If it will fit into your budget, I would definitely say to give it a try!
