i was thinking of taking my family to the mickey's not so scary party but i was wondering if we need a regular park ticket and the party ticket or is the party ticket enough to get us in for the party???

    Hi John,

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.

Your ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will get you admission to Magic Kingdom for all the party activities, including trick or treating, Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade and Happy HalloWishes fireworks. The party runs from 7 p.m. to midnight on select nights, but party guests normally are admitted as early as 4 p.m.

When you enter, you will be given a wristband that lets cast members know that you are allowed to stay past 7 p.m., when guests without party tickets will be asked to exit. One of the advantages of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is that admission is limited, so lines to the popular attractions generally are much shorter.

If you want to visit Magic Kingdom prior to 4 p.m., you will need a regular park ticket.

I hope that clarifies the situation for you. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you as you plan your visit. Enjoy!
