We are thinking about taking a disney cruise this oct/nov. with a 2 year old boy. Would there be stuff for him to do on the cuise or would it be better to go to disney world?

    Hi, April!

You have come to the right place trying to make a Disney vacation choice. I have been to numerous Disney parks, resorts, ships and destinations with my four children at various stages of their lives, and I can tell you firsthand what we enjoy most and how I would do things differently.

No doubt, there is much to see and do at Walt Disney World. With four theme parks, two water parks, more than 20 resorts and numerous options of recreation, entertainment and dining -- most guests never experience it all. It's a fabulous vacation full of countless possibilities!

For a Disney Cruise Line vacation, everyone in your family simultaneously feel like the experience was tailored just for him/her. From the youngest to the oldest, each guest enjoys entertainment and pampering only available on a Disney ship.  Little ones enjoy great youth activities programs while mom and dad dine alone, book a spa treatment or shore excursion or even take a nap by the Quiet Cove Pool.  Then, there's unprecedented access to the beloved Disney characters, Broadway-style shows, themed dining and deck parties and much, much more. Our family loves that we make memories together and separately on Disney cruises!

Although I treasure our family's times at Disney parks, I think the ultimate vacation is aboard a Disney ship -- especially when the children are young and need frequent breaks during the day. A vacation that feels like a vacation? Yes, please!

Hopefully, this has given you food for thought as you make your final decision. Come back and let me know what you've decided! I'd love to help you more. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
