We are thinking of staying at wilderness lodge. Can I fit a double sided bob jogging stroller through a standard room door without folding it?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, James, it’s great to see you here!

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is my favorite, favorite Resort hotel and you will marvel at the over-the-top authentic Great American Northwest theming – oh boy, do I love that main lobby; and you’re going to enjoy all the amazing benefits and magical experiences as a Disney Resort hotel Guest.

James, having staying at this magnificent Resort hotel myself, I do not think that standard double strollers will fit through the Guest Room door. I’m not sure about the dimensions of your ‘double-sided’ BOB jogging stroller, and if it is the ‘Duallie’ version, but the doors for Guest Rooms at Disney's Wilderness Lodge are the standard size, which a Cast Member also confirmed after I placed a call. I have seen many Guests leave their strollers outside their Guest Rooms, but recommend contacting Disney’s Wilderness Lodge at (407) 824-3200 about doing this, and asking about specific door dimensions to see if you can fit your particular stroller through the Guest Room door.

May I offer Disney’s Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones? This online resource contains helpful advice for suitable Resort hotels, suggestions for suitable attractions, experiences and activities, it offers sample Theme Park Itineraries and much more!

I hope this information is helpful, James, and we would be honored to be of any further assistance with your planning again soon.

    Best Disney Wishes!
