Thinking of staying at the Wilderness with 3 adults and 2 children. good idea? Or would you recommend another hotel?

Hi Carol - I love the Wilderness Lodge and I think it's a very relaxing resort to enjoy your vacation.  However, the capacity for the standard rooms is four people.  You didn't mention how old your children are but if one is under the age of 3 and sleeping in a crib, you should be OK.  If your children are both age 3 and older, you would have to consider a junior suite (sleeps 6) to accommodate a party of five.  The junior suite is a great option but if it's not in your budget, it may be cheaper to stay in a deluxe room nearby at the Contemporary or Polynesian which has the capacity to sleep five (and you'll have more elbow room while in the room).

Disney has a page on their website that  has additional options for guests with 5 in a room or more.  You can read that here.    Please let us know if you need additional assistance.  Diane
