Hey there, Katie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
You are right, there isn't a lot of information out there about gluten free dining options at the
Garden Grove restaurant inside of the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. I spent some time researching but couldn't find anything specific so I actually called the restaurant and spoke to someone who works there. What they told me was that they do offer gluten free options during every meal. However, the offering varies from day to day which is why we probably couldn't find anything online. They said that when you arrive at the restaurant, please alert the hostess of your food allergy. The Chef working that day will come out and speak to you about your options. I'm not sure if you are hoping to enjoy the nightly character dinner or the Good Morning Character Breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays but looking at both of the menus online, I can see that you will have a good variety when it comes to your gluten-free options. I always love a good character breakfast, so that's the meal I'd choose. There's a wide variety of gluten free options like made-to-order omelets, fresh fruit, breakfast meats and more.
If you are looking for an amazing gluten free snack while you are
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you should stop in
Nomad Lounge. On the menu they have gluten free churros and they are delicious. It's not often that I see this treat offered in a gluten-free variety and I can't get enough of them.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.
