Thinking of staying at Contemporary in fall 19, and bringing my mom. We’d do an ECV rental for the entire stay, but is there somewhere the resort can store/charge it? Having it and 5 people in the room would be tight.

    Hi Erika,

Did you know that Disney's Contemporary Resort was one of only two Walt Disney World Resort hotels that were available to Guests in 1971 when Magic Kingdom Park first opened? This hotel is as much historic as it is iconic. It's where I stayed for my first trip to Walt Disney World Resort back in the 1970's and it continues to be a favorite among 21st century visitors. Who doesn't love to be just a short walk or monorail ride away from Magic Kingdom Park?

I have good news for your regarding your mother's rented ECV. I confirmed with the Bell Services team that there are outlets outside the Guest rooms at Disney's Contemporary Resort. As long as your mother parks her ECV right along the wall outside your Guest room, the Housekeepers will be able to move freely throughout the halls. Your mother should keep her key to the ECV with her as the unit charges. With the ECV out in the hall, your travel party of five will be able to make the most of the spacious rooms at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Wishing you many magical memories with your mother next fall,
    Jill
