Thinking of staying at Beach Club next Disney trip 6/2016. Any suggestions on what room area to request? Do rooms open to a hallway or outdoors? We would like to be as close to Epcot walkway as possible.

    Kristin:

The rooms in the 1500/2500/3500 (the first number designates the floor) wing of Beach Club are the closest you can get to the Walkway to Epcot, a mere 5-minute stroll to the International Gateway into World Showcase. All the rooms at Beach Club are entered from inside its buildings however some rooms can also be accessed via their patios. Many rooms nearest Epcot are Club Level, so you'll be paying for the proximity.

I have found that when requesting a room, I've been more pleased by adding a note to my reservation as to what I'm looking for, in your case, the closest room to Epcot within your budget. You never know when a block of rooms in the room numbers you may request are booked and the cast member assigning rooms is left to guess why you requested a specific room or group of rooms. Make sure to take the time to also enjoy the memorable pool at Beach Club. The weather should be perfect to enjoy a dip!

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
