Hi moms, thinking of splitting our stay, 5 nights grand Californian and 5 nights Disneyland hotel to experience both. Will concierge move our bags if we pack and leave in our room or will we have to move ourselves? Thank you

    Hi there Daphne,

Sounds like you are planning the Disneyland trip of a lifetime!  What a way to experience the BEST The Happiest Place on Earth has to offer!  How exciting!

I am happy to help you with your question, and it's perfect because I found myself in a similar situation a few months ago!  I split my stay between Disneyland Hotel and Grand Californian and had no problem having my luggage moved over to the other hotel!  Just let someone at Bell Services know when you're checking out, and they will be sure to have your belongings delivered over to the other hotel's bell desk!

From there, you are free to head out to begin enjoying the parks immediately without having to fuss over moving your luggage!  Oh, and here's a tip for you:  If you feel up to it in the morning, because the DL Hotel and the GC are just steps away from one another, I always like to head over and check in bright and early!  This means I am among the first guests to check which increases my chances of receiving a room assignment prior to the posted check in time of 3:00 pm!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
