Hello, we are thinking of reserving 2 separate rooms with points and was wondering if we can just buy dining plan for only 1 room or do we have to buy it for both rooms?

    Hi there, Samantha!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm happy to help!

I'm sure you are getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and it sounds like you'll have a big group going with you since you need two rooms. Then again, you may just be looking to spread out and have more room for those in your family. You'll definitely find whatever best fits your needs with all of the options of the Disney Vacation Club villas though!

If your family is like mine, you probably have some members who are big eaters and some who are not. So it would make sense to only have the dining plan for part of your group. Since you're planning to book two separate rooms, you should have two separate reservation numbers and that means you definitely would be able to add the Dining Plan to one reservation and not the other. Just let the friendly Cast Member know when you are making your reservations so that he or she can make sure to set these reservations up properly for you with only adding the dining plan to one of them.

I sure hope this helps with your planning and don't hesitate to let us know if we can be of any more assistance to you. Have a magical day!
