Thinking about purchasing "Mickey's Grand Welcome" from the Disney Florist to make our room more exciting for the kids. However this is really expensive and wanted to know if it was really worth the $. Thoughts? Do you know anyone who has ever do

    Hi Devone,

The packages that the Disney Florists are able to create are amazing. While some can be quite costly, they are something that your kids will never forget.

I have been fortunate enough to receive two of these "surprises" in my resort room, including Mickey's Grand Welcome, and I can tell you that even I squealed with the delight at the sight of Mickey and all of his gifts. The look of excitement on the kids' faces as they open the door to find Mickey's footsteps leading to a variety of gifts is one that you will never forget. The packages can be customized and often feature balloons, candy, a light up Tink, a personalized blanket, photograph and autograph books and a large plush Mickey. The package does include a good number of take home items and is displayed in the room in a fun and colorful way. I definitely think it is worth the money and love the various options available. I recently sent a surprise package to some friends visiting Disney for the first time, and their children still talk about the awesome treats that Mickey came and left in their room. It is certainly that added touch of magic that will not be forgotten.

Package options and prices can be here or by calling 407-827-3505. The Dream Makers  in the Floral Department will be happy to help you create the best package for your kids.
