Thinking about preordering photo pass plus this year. I read you get a voucher, then you get a separate card. Does the voucher come in the mail? Where do we trade the voucher in to get the card and lanyard, does the photographers have the cards?

Hi Carrie! Taking advantage of the great Pre-Order Disney PhotoPass+ Offer before your arrival at Walt Disney World is a great plan! It is recommended that you allow a minimum of 14 days for processing and mailing of your Disney PhotoPass+ Pre-Arrival Package. In the package there will be a Voucher which you MUST bring with you on vacation to Walt Disney World. Visit a Disney's PhotoPass sales and viewing location to redeem your voucher for your special card and lanyard. You'll find these locations at: Magic Kingdom - Exposition Hall Epcot - Camera Center Hollywood Studios - Cover Story Animal Kingdom - Garden Gate Gifts Downtown Disney - Marketplace (inside Guest Relations) and Team Mickey M.Mouse Mercantile at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Trader Jack's at Disney's Polynesian Resort Zawadi at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Beach Club Marketplace at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question Carrie!
