Thinking about planning a vacation during the fall 2013, either over Columbus Day or Veteran's Day long weekend and take the kids out an extra day or so of school. The MNSSHP/ MVMCP are going on as an added plus. What do you think would be the best time?

    Hi Michelle!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!  I think either long weekend is about the same crowd-wise.  Between the two, I would pick Columbus Day only because I love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and think it is more fun than Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  However, it can also still be hot in October in Walt Disney World; if you don't like that, you should aim for November.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and write back if you have any more questions!
