Hello moms! Thinking about planning a trip to Disney Feb-April 2011 with my son who turns 2 early January, not sure if he's too young. Are many rides suitable for a 2 year old? Am I able to hold him in arms? can we still enjoy ourselves? Thoughts, please!!

Hi Andrea! We have traveled to Walt Disney World when our children were about 18 months old to 2 years old and our children really enjoyed themselves, I have the photos to prove it. LOL! There are attractions for Toddlers at each Theme Park. You will be able to hold your son or sit him next to you and scoot really close. We enjoyed the play areas and the Character dining experiences are simply adorable. We did not try to do everything in one day and visited the same park on 2 days. This allowed us to leave the Park midday for nap time and some R&R. My toddlers were amazed by the Parades and the Fireworks shows. We also introduced as many Characters to our toddlers before our arrival to Walt Disney World. We watched cartoons, movies, and played CDs, so our children were not afraid of the Characters, but ran to meet them for hugs and kisses. Go for it, your 2 year old will love it!
