Be Our Guest Restaurant is absolutely fabulous! I experienced it with my family just last month and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a short wait to get inside to order, but don't be put off by that! When we visited at prime lunch hour, we were lined up all the way to the back of the bridge. Within only about 20-25 minutes we were inside placing our orders on the state-of-the-art-touch-screen terminals.
You simply wait through the queue to be taken inside Beast's Castle, at which point you'll pass some terminals displaying the menu options for you so that you can start making your decisions with your family. A Cast Member will then give you a "Magic Rose" locating device and guide you and your party to one of the touch-screen terminals to place your order and pay. You'll then proceed to pick up your beverages and select your table in any of the three dining rooms, being careful to place your Magic Rose on your table. Before you know it, your meal will be magically delivered to you, at your table! You'll even enjoy your meal on real china using real flatware It's an absolutely wonderful quick service dining experience unlike anything else at Walt Disney World!
Although I also experienced an excellent Dinner Reservation at Be Our Guest during my recent stay, I'd just as highly recommend lunch time.
