    We are thinking of planing a trip in January. A few years ago we attended the Pirates and Princess party during a visit in January. I don't see any special events planed. Do you know if there is something going on? 1/9-1/15 Thanks!

    Hi Melissa,

    The last Pirate and Princess Parties were held at the Magic Kingdom back in 2008 and I have not heard any news about them being reinstated. Perhaps you could try the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage instead? My family experienced this special experience a few weeks ago and thought that it was a lot of fun for all the family!

    I am not aware of any Special Events which will be taking place during your stay but 9-15 January is a great time to visit Walt Disney World if you are looking for low crowds.
