? Thinking about Nov 3-10 2009 How are crowds and weather? Waterparks an option at this time of year? Love this panel! Read every day! Thanks alot Marlaina

John and Marlaina you are considering one of my favorite times of year at Walt Disney World.  I love the fall with slightly cooler temperatures but still a warm sun during the day and generally less humidity!  The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival will be wrapping up at that time and the Thanksgiving crowds will still be a few weeks away so it is very manageable.  Of course Disney can never guarantee crowd numbers as things change from year to year!

Average high temp for November is 79 degrees
Average low temp for November is 59
Average rainfall for November is 2.3 inches  (making this one of the driest of the year but it is still officially within hurricane season)

When getting ready to pack I encourage families to think layers as in the mornings and evenings the temperatures will be cool and you will most likely want some sort of a wrap.

Waterparks are open and the water is heated. Bring your suits and certainly consider this if your family enjoys the splashing as they will not be as crowded as you would find them in the heat of the summer.  Check the national weather channel website a few days before you arrive, www.weather.com, and type in Orlando and it will give you a 7 day forecast.  From there you can decide if water parks are something you think you will want to visit during your stay.
