We are thinking about not bringing a stroller with us and wondering about carrying the needed supplies in a backpack. How does this work on rides?

    Hi Marcia,

I understand how wonderful it can be to be stroller free at Walt Disney World!   You can certainly carry a backpack with you.  We do it every trip, and our kids are much older.  It is a great place for rain jackets, water bottles, sunscreen, and extra snacks.  You can take the backpack on any of the attractions.  Most of the time it fits at your feet.  If you don't want to carry it around all day, you can rent a locker in any of the theme parks.  Congratulations for reaching this wonderful milestone and have a magical vacation!
