Hi David:
On most of my Disney vacations, we try , sometimes successfully, to dedicate a day to just relaxing. Some of our best non-Park times at Disney World have been days were we just hung out at the Resort, lounging by the pool, grabbing food, and visiting the Resort's shops and arcade. In addition to just spending time at your Resort, I would consider strolling around the shops, entertainment and restaurants at Walt Disney World's entertainment districts,
Downtown Disney and the
Boardwalk area. Downtown Disney boats a movie theatre and balloon ride,
Characters in Flight. Another idea is to take in a round of
mini-golf or real
golf. Maybe grab a game of tennis, fishing,
boat rental,
water sports, or hit a Disney spa.
Enjoy your relaxing vacation.
