    Thinking about going in May with DD 3,7 to either Pop or AKL.Girls actually would rather go to Pop. We have been to ASM and liked it.Thought about doing something nicer.Should I save the money now while the girls r not old enough to appreciate the upgrade

    Hi, Stephanie!   My kids are 11 and 7 and have stayed at almost every resort.   They have loved every stay, regardless if it was a standard Value room or a Deluxe room with a view of Cinderella Castle!    I really don't think they "get" the difference of a Deluxe vs a Value, other than they like the pool slides!  

    I always seem to give into my kids and let them choose our resort!  You will pay significantly less money at Pop Century, and if it makes everyone happy, there is another bonus!   In a few years, your kids will probably appreciate Animal Kingdom Lodge a little bit more, with its fantastic views, huge pool, and amazing architecture.  At this age, all they probably really want is a fun pool, a food court, and you have MAGIC!

    I stayed at Pop Century this past June and really was pleased.  Of all the Value Resorts, I think this one is my favorite.   In fact, my parents are going to WDW next week and POP is where I recommended they stay!
