I am thinking about making reservations for the tea party. It says that a parent should accompany , does that mean that I have to pay for the adult also or is it only for the child that will be attending?

I assume you are referring to the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party that takes place at the Grand Floridian, Mike.  If so, I have to commend your choice; most little girls I know of absolutely love the experience!  Because the event includes guests of all ages, the parent or guardian who accompanies your little princess will indeed be treated to petite tea sandwiches, dessert and, of course, tea.  The charge for the experience will cover one adult and one child; additional children can be included for an extra fee.  I hope that clears things up for you.  Enjoy!
