Thinking of joining the DVC with the current promo they have but not sure how many points to purchase. Would like to stay at BTL 1/19-1/27/13, preferably in a 1 bed Villa. Can anyone give me an idea on how many points we should plan on needing?

    Hi Kristin,

Thank you so much for the question!  I think you will just love being a Disney Vacation Club Member.  The Villas at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort are just amazing!  January is a wonderful time to visit Walt Disney World as the crowds are usually low.  For DVC Members, this is the Adventure Season where the points are lowest to stay at a villa as well.  The one bedroom villas at Bay Lake Towers have three different views available:  Standard, Bay Lake View, and Theme Park View.  For January 19-27 (which is a week and a day), the points are 228 for a Standard View, 263 for a Bay Lake View, and 317 for a Theme Park View.  I know that whatever view you choose, you will have such a magical vacation, Kristin!  Please let me know if I can help you further.
