We're thinking of holding our 2013 family reunion at WDW and we were wondering about ADR. What's the largest party you can make a reservation for? Can you ask them to split the group over a few tables if it's too big or does it have to be a separate ADR?

    Hi Sophie!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

We have made an Advance Dining Reservation for over 20 guests on more than one occasion.  You can basically call the restaurant in question directly or work through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner (if you are booking your trip through one).  Personally I love working with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, a travel agent who specializes in trips to Walt Disney World, to Disneyland, onboard the Disney Cruise Line, and with Adventures by Disney.  Almost all have experience working with large groups.

That said, sometimes we make multiple Advance Dining Reservations ourselves and just ask that the two groups be put close together, if possible, in the restaurant.  However, that isn't always successful, especially at the more popular restaurants.  Sometimes the multiple groups, via multiple reservations, get spread throughout a very large restaurant and you really can't even see each other.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
