Congratulations Keith! My son got engaged at Walt Disney World in 2003 and will never forget that wonderful moment as we were all a part of it. He rented the great Grand One Yacht and during the fireworks in the middle of the lake he asked his beautiful wife to marry him!

Disney can do many things but it is unlikely you could have this done on the spur of the moment. The characters are actors on a strict time schedule and the cast members would not be able to change that.  My suggestion includes having you call the Disney Dream Makers who are located and associated with the florist.  407-827-3505. Talk with them about your thoughts and get ideas from them. If you want to use a character ask them the process and the cost for this. When we have used characters in the past we paid them by the 1/2 hour and it was a pretty steep charge. But for a once in a lifetime experience it might just be the perfect thing for you to do. If this doesn't work out they will offer some other super ideas as they are there to make the dreams come true for you!
