I was thinking about getting the Disney chase credit card. Are the cardholder member meet and greet lines a lot shorter? Are the card perks with getting the credit card?

Hi, Kristin! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I became a Disney Visa Cardmember about four years ago, and I absolutely love it. While Cardmembers get a variety of perks, one of my favorites is the exclusive Character meetings. In my experience, we've never waited more than 10 minutes at the Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios encounters. While the Characters who you'll meet will remain a surprise until you see them, in my experience we've met Kylo Ren at Disney's Hollywood Studios and Goofy, Mickey and Minnie at Epcot. Please keep in mind that in order to take advantage of this opportunity, you will need to have your physical Disney Visa Card with you, too.

In addition to the exclusive Character experiences, Disney Visa Cardmembers also qualify for discounts on select shopping and dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort as well. Just ask the Cast Member helping you if the Disney Visa discount will apply to your product or food and beverage purchase. For these discounts, you will also need to present your physical Card. Each of your purchases will also go towards the accumulation of Disney Rewards Dollars that can be redeemed for Walt Disney World Resort hotel stays, shopping, dining, and even Disney movies!

For a complete list of current Cardmember bonuses, check out the Disney Premier Visa Card page on the Walt Disney World Resort website.

We hope to see you real soon, Kristin! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help.
