Hiya, Edmund!
A big thank you for stopping by with your question about Walt Disney World Resort
theme park tickets. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! It looks like you'll be arriving at
The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short weeks. Are you counting down the days yet!?
Edmund, I think that adding the Park Hopper option to your theme park tickets is an incredible idea! With the Park Hopper option, you'll be able to experience all that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer by visiting multiple theme parks on the same day. There's nothing like watching the sun rise over Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom Park and viewing fireworks over World Showcase Lagoon at EPCOT that evening! I'm happy to inform you that multi-day theme park tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days! Multi-day tickets are valid for the
valid use period designated at the time of purchase. For example, for a 4-day ticket, you can use your theme park admissions over a 7-day window beginning on your selected start date. It's important to note that if your multi-day tickets were to expire, the value could only be applied towards a new ticket purchase if your original tickets were wholly unused. That means that if you were to only redeem some of your theme park admissions within your 7-day window, the remaining admissions would expire and lose their value.
Edmund, spending time at the theme parks can be exhausting. Why not check out a
Disney water park or relax by the pool at your
Disney Resort hotel in between your park days? My family loves interspersing "non-theme park days" filled with golfing, shopping at
Disney Springs, and putting at the miniature golf courses between each of our park days! In fact, some of my favorite activities at the Walt Disney World Resort are those found outside the theme parks. I encourage you to check out the recreational offerings at your Disney Resort hotel to see if anything is of interest! Many of these activities are offered to Guests at little to no cost.
As you gear up for your unforgettable week at the Walt Disney World Resort, I'd like to remind you to make your
theme park reservations for the first park you'd like to visit each day. (No reservation is required for the park you plan to "hop" to!) To enter a theme park, Guests must have valid theme park admission and theme park reservations for the day they intend to visit. I also encourage you to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app ahead of your visit, Edmund. This app puts convenience at your fingertips, allowing you to utilize resources like
Disney Genie+ service and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering which will enable you to maximize your time in the theme parks!
Edmund, I'm wishing you a fun-filled and memorable visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any additional planning questions, please stop back by planDisney again anytime - we're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
