I was thinking of doing the Wild Africa Trek with my 4 year old?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Ciara ~

Its always great to hear from a fellow Georgia Peach!  I am a huge fan of the tours at Disney.  The Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom is amazing. The minimum age is 8 years old so you'll have to wait a bit longer to do it.  However, you can ride the Kilimanjaro Safaris with your 4 year old and will get to see some of the things on the safari that you see on the Wild Africa Trek.

I think your 4 year old would enjoy the Wilderness Explorers at Animal Kingdom.  Its a great way for kids to learn about the animals and earn badges along the way.  This adventure is included with park admission.

If you are looking for a tour to do with your 4 year old, I'd highly recommend the Family Magic Tour at the Magic Kingdom.  We did this again last summer before my boys think they are too old for it.  Its really cute.  You go through the Magic Kingdom with your guide solving riddles and looking for clues.  There were some fun surprises along the way too.  All of the kids in our group were so excited and I had a blast watching them.

Please feel free to visit with all of your questions.  We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
