Thinking about doing quick service for our next vacation. Teens complained about having to get out of lines to meet up for table service ressies last trip. Is this enough food for family with 2 teens? Will probebly pay OOP for 1 or 2 midweek sitdowns.

Hi, Denise!   There are some wonderful quick service locations all around Disney Property.   In fact, for our next vacation, since we are going to be short on time, we are planning on mostly quick service with just one or two table service meals for our entire stay.  I have found portions to be sizable, in fact my daughter and I often share a meal!

To get out of the "burgers and fries" routine, try some of these:

-Pulled pork sandwiches or bbq ribs at Cosmic Rays (Magic Kingdom)
-Flatbreads at Captain Cooks (Polynesian) or Contempo Cafe (Contemporary)
-Counter Service from "Around the World" in Epcot's World Showcase - I love the Ham and Cheese Sandwich at the Boulangerie Patisserie in France
-Picnic in the Park (Animal Kingdom)
-Clam Chowder at Columbia Harbor House (Magic Kingdom)
-Sweet and Sour Chicken at Yak & Yeti (Animal Kingdom)

Look around and I think you will find a great selection and enough food to feed your hungry teens!  Good luck and have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
