Was thinking about doing the pirates and pals cruise, but we have the delux ddp and have a ton of character dining scheduled, do you think that maybe we should use some of our dineing credits and see one of the shows offered instead. Kids are 8,6,and4.

Hi Tara!

The Deluxe Dining Plan is a lot of food! I'm not saying I couldn't put away a table service meal 3 times a day, but for kids especially, it's a lot. I would most definitely use some of your dining credits for a special dinner show.

Mickey's Backyard BBQ is a lot of fun, especially if your children like a lot of character interaction with Mickey and the gang. Spirit of Aloha is a beautiful luau show with great food. You will be magically transported to feel like you are actually in Hawaii! I think most Moms and Dads on the panel will tell you to go for Hoop Dee Do Musical Revue. Not only is the food finger lickin' good, the entertainment will have you laughing and knee slapping all night long! Your kids are a great age for this dining experience.

I'm sure you will have an awesome time, no matter which dinner show you choose.
