    I was thinking of doing the delux meal plan for our trip.I was thinking it would be best to do the table service meals at the start and end of the day and then do a quick service for lunch. Is this best? Do you have to be in the park the reservation day?

         Hello from Texas!  I am so excited about your upcoming trip!  My family really enjoys utilizing the meal plan that Disney offers.  We have tried every way to use our meal plan in order for our kids to be happy through the day.  I am in agreement with your choice.  I love beginning each day with a table service meal.  It allows the kids to actually enjoy their meal and fill their stomachs without racing to jump on rides.  It is also a great time to discuss your schedule for the day in the magical parks.  What a way to wind down your evenings with a complete table service meal.  By this time, your family will have so much joy to share about their magical day!  

         Your second questions really depends on the type of tickets you are purchasing for your trip.  I would suggest a Park Hopper ticket.  This ticket allows you to "hop" to any park as much as you like on the same day.  If you are purchasing a Park Hopper, you do not have to be in the park where your reservations are set.  Just allow yourself some extra time to "hop" on over to the park where your reservations are set.  My family enjoys this very much and have found that this best fits our family.  If you did not purchase the Park Hopper tickets, make sure you plan ahead for what park you will be at on what day, then set your reservations.
