Thinking of doing an AP. Typically visit for sure the early part of June. Is this blacked out for AP holders? Also, when arriving at WDW, can we apply our MYW ticket cost to upgrade to AP?

    Hi Carrie,

There are so many benefits to being an Annual Passholder.  At Walt Disney World (unlike Disneyland), there are no block out dates.  You will get a Mickey Monitor, a quarterly magazine, that not only gives you the Passholder specials, but also give get information about what is happening at Walt Disney World.  I find that it changes the way you vacation when you have an Annual Pass.  We no longer worry about when to go to the theme parks, but will go for a few hours when we arrive and do not feel rushed.  You also save 10% on all merchandise purchased at Walt Disney World.  You will be able to upgrade your Magic Your Way tickets to an Annual Pass as long as you do it before your tickets expire for the week.  Talk to Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or at your resort.  I hope you have a magical vacation in June, Carrie!
