    Thinking of doing afternoon and evening at Disney with dinner at Chef Mickey's...is transportation easy between the two? Can you see fireworks from Contemporary?

    Sounds like you have the makings of a great day at Walt Disney World. Starting the day at the Magic Kingdom will bring a day full of magical memories. Make sure you go on the Haunted Mansion, it's my favorite ride. As for transportation, it could not be any easier! Just exit the Magic Kingdom and head over to the DIsney Monorail. Hop on and wait for those doors to close with that one of a kind sound it makes. Your first stop will be Disney's Contemporary Resort. Just exit and enjoy your dinner at Chef Mickey's. Tell the big cheese that I say hello. As for viewing fireworks, I recently had dinner at the delicious California Grill, located atop the Contemporary. From there I watched Wishes for the first time and it was simply amazing. I just know that you are going to have a fabulous vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth.
