We are thinking of going to Disney in 2 years. How far in advance should we start booking our trip?

    Hi Kelley,

Booking your Walt Disney World vacation one year in advance is plenty of time.  In fact it is often difficult to book much beyond that time frame because reservations may not yet be open for the accommodations you seek.  My advice to you would be to work with a trusted, Disney-savvy travel agent.  Let them know the dates you wish to travel.  Then they will be sure to let you know when the booking window for that time period has opened.  They will also help you find relevant discounts and promotions that could make your trip more affordable.

I'm so glad you came to the Moms Panel with your question.  Don't be shy about asking additional questions as you dream about and plan your magical 2014 Disney adventure.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
