Howdy Patricia!
Welcome back to
planDisney! It is so exciting to see guests come back to planDisney to share their questions with us!
If you purchase a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, then you will need to make a deposit, but you will not have to pay for anything in full. If you decide to book a room-only reservation and then purchase tickets separately, then you will pay your first night's deposits, and you will need to pay your tickets in full. If you have to cancel a Walt Disney World Vacation Package, then you will get all your money back that you have paid toward the vacation. If you reserve your room and tickets separately and need to cancel, you will receive a full room refund, and you will be able to modify your tickets for future use. Depending on your future dates, if the ticket price changes, you will be responsible for the ticket difference in dollars.
Since you are scheduling your vacation for May of next year, I am sure you will be able to enjoy lots of new attractions and dining experiences! This yEAR marks 50 yEARS that the Walt Disney World Resort has been “Making Dreams Come True!” To learn about all the festivities, I recommend signing up to learn about all the
50th Anniversary details. This way you will be able to see what you can take part in next May.
To stay informed of everything scheduled on the horizon, check out the
Disney Parks Blog! The Disney Parks Blog keeps guests up-to-date on everything to do and see during your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
If you have any more questions while planning your next unforgettable vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, please come back to planDisney, Patricia! We look forward to helping plan your vacation of a lifetime!
See Ya Real Soon,
