I was thinking about going to Disney for the 4th time in August. I want to take the Dining Plan because I loved it last time, but I'm scared I won't be able to get reservations to the restaurants I want because I'm a little late. Am I right? Thanks :)

Alexanne, never miss a chance to go visit Mickey!

Go ahead and try booking some of your favorite spots. If you are willing to eat at off times you might find many popular restaurants still have availability. I was able to snag a table for dinner at the highly sought after Be Our Guest only four months in advance since we were willing to enjoy a late night meal. Also consider looking beyond the uber popular restaurants for some lesser known but just as fabulous options. I reserved a table for a tonga toast breakfast at Kona Cafe less than a month in advance. Walt Disney World has so many dining choices you will be full and happy!

Also consider the Quick Service Dining Plan that requires no reservations. Just pay out of pocket for any table service meals you decide to enjoy.

Please contact me if you would like restaurant recommendations for some eateries you have yet to try or if you have any additional questions.
