We are thinking about going to disney in the first of january of 2011,i was wishing to celebrate my birthday(its at the end of our vacation). As we all know everything is expensive but almost everything is worth it. Is it worth it to celebrate your bday@dwd

Hi Penny!  Well my birthday is next week and I was just hoping my family would take me away for a quick visit to Walt Disney World so I could celebrate at the magical place with all my character friends!

The reason I like being there on a birthday is that I truly don't have to worry about a thing.  Beautiful cakes can be baked and delivered to your table at a restaurant of your choice and you don't have to cook one thing for dinner!  There are so many great options for extra fun too such as fireworks or Illuminations cruises, carriage rides, balloon rides at Downtown Disney, or one of the fun Dinner shows such as Hoop De Doo.  This past year has been the year to be at Walt Disney World for your birthday as you were allowed into a park for free.  We do not know of any promotions that might go on in 2011 but needless to say you can have a fun time no matter what.  Pick up a Happy Birthday button at any Guest Services and enjoy a day full of many good wishes from cast and guests!
