We are thinking about going on a Disney Cruise. My question is: Do we need to get any special immunizations before we go on a cruise?

    Hi, Andrea!

Your family physician is going to be your best resource for immunization information...especially based on where you'll be going and what you'll be doing.

I've been to the Caribbean, Alaska/Canada and the Bahamas on Disney cruises, and I'm headed to the Mexican Riviera on the Disney Wonder in a few months.  My family and I have never had to have any special immunizations nor hold any documents stating our immunization records.

So...make sure you check with your doctor about you and your family, but in the meantime, start thinking about where and when you would like to cruise with Disney. Head over to DisneyCruise.com to find out all your options, and come back here to ask me any other questions you may have as you plan.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
