    I am thinking of a Dec trip utilizing the free DDP, I see that there are only 2 options for a moderate resort utilizing that plan.... do these change every year?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm happy to help with your question!

    The Free Dining Plan offer is extremely popular and books up rather quickly. The reason that you only see two options for a moderate resort is likely that the other resorts are probably booked with this offer. There are a few hotels that are excluded, but there is still a great variety of options to choose from in the moderate category. If you have your heart set on one particular resort, I would suggest changing your dates to see if there is availability for another time. Keep checking back too because you never know when a cancelation may free up a room.
