    Hello, Thinking of cruising again in March 2019. Looking at 4-5 day itineraries, so either Dream or Wonder. My question is, is the second floor a good location for a state room? I have always stayed on the higher floors and this would be a first for me

    Hi there Latisha,
    Thanks so much for sailing by!  How exciting that you are in the planning stages for a Disney Cruise Line vacation!  The Disney Wonder and The Disney Magic are iconic, fantastic ships that are a delight to sail on.  My boys and I sailed the Disney Wonder to Alaska a few years ago and the Disney Magic to Europe last summer.  Given that these ships are a bit smaller than the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream, I selected staterooms in the middle of the ship.  On the Fantasy and Dream, we tend to select aft cabins (at the back of the ship).  I will say that I had no issues with the movement of the ships, and, in fact, slept just as well as I did on the larger vessels.  My fellow passengers who had cruised many times agreed.  In addition, I spoke to passengers who had staterooms on both low and high floors (we stayed on the second floor on one sailing) and, similarly, all agreed, their experience was wonderful. So, regardless of which stateroom you call home on your voyage, start packing, and have a magical vacation!
