Am thinking about changing hotels mid-trip, both on the property, how easy is this to do if I do not have a car?

    Hi Amber,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am excited to hear that you are considering a split stay between Walt Disney World Resort Hotels!

My family just did a split stay between Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Disney's Contemporary Resort. We did not have a car either. It was easy to do. On the day that you checkout of the first resort hotel, just take your luggage to the bell services desk and explain that you are moving to another resort hotel then ask if they can transfer your luggage. After we dropped off our luggage, we headed to Epcot to enjoy the day. Once we left Epcot and arrived at our second resort hotel, we checked in. A cast member actually delivered our bags to our room. The service was lovely!

I also suggest that you do online check-in for both resort hotels. We receive text messages once our room is ready. Once I receive the text message, I use the room number to check the location of the room with a resort map. On occasion, I have called to request a different room and, if available, cast members have accommodated those requests.

Amber, since you are staying on property, you can use complimentary Resort & Theme Park Transportation to travel between the theme parks and resorts. If you need additional assistance, just check in with a cast member at your resort!

    Happy planning!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
