Was thinking of buying the special ticketed event for Magic Kingdom. These are good for 7:45-9:00 a.m. I am curious how you get there if buses don’t start running until 45 minutes before regular park opening. Would we need to rent a Minnie Van or Uber?

    Hi Jessica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Thank you for such a great question, and one that many guests are curious about. Disney Early Morning Magic - Fantasyland is a lovely opportunity to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park with lower crowds, and shorter lines for many attractions, followed by a delicious breakfast at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.  My top tip is to enjoy your breakfast towards the end of your event (breakfast is available until 10.00am) to make the most of your exclusive time before the park opens to regular guests. Disney transport is very convenient, but you are correct - the buses do not start running until approximately 45 minutes before park opening. I would definitely suggest using the Minnie Van Service. They are driven by Cast Members and can accommodate up to 6 Guests. This would also be such a fun way to start your day! You can make your booking on the Lyft app, which will also show you the cost of this service. Alternatively, you could stop by the front desk of your Disney Resort hotel, and ask them to hail you a taxi cab. Please allow some extra time for this, as there may not be a taxi readily waiting at the resort.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
