Hi there, Julianne, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm so thankful that you've decided to make us your go-to resource for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning questions. As you know, my Panelist pals and I are here and always happy to help our fellow Guests. You must be getting so excited about your upcoming vacation!
Julianne, I want to put your heart at ease - in my experience, weekdays in February that don't coincide with a national holiday tend to see lighter crowds. Since the
Disney Princess Half Marathon is over the weekend, we can probably expect the crowds to lessen after the runners head back home (or to their next race destination)! My family loves to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth during February because the crowds are typically lower and the weather is fairly mild. You might even be able to squeeze in an afternoon at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel's pool if there's a particularly sunny day!
Another thing to remember is that if you find the crowds to be a little heavier than expected, Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests can always take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry, which gives you a head start on any attractions that are on your must-do list. Guests of Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts can also experience
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on certain nights. Check the
calendar for those specific dates!
Julianne, I hope that this is helpful to you as you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort in February! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you make your plans and count down to your arrival!
See you real soon!
Jennifer
