    Hi we are thinking of booking a cruise from Melbourne 3 day one. Being only in Australian waters would I need passport for a family of 6 or driver’s license and birth certificates for under 18 acceptable? Thanks

    Hello, Martin,

    I don't blame you for considering such a magical voyage! Sailing aboard the Disney Wonder is one of my things to do. As my family's favorite Disney Cruise Line ship, the Wonder sometimes feels like a second home to us.

    If you are selecting a 3-Night Disney Magic at Sea Cruise from Melbourne, with only amazing, relaxing sea days to explore and enjoy the Disney Wonder without stops at any other ports of call, you will only be required to furnish government-issued proof of citizenship to sail. Many Guests will choose to use their current passports to document their citizenship. For adults, a valid government-issued photo ID will suffice. Guests less than 18 years old may present a birth certificate to prove citizenship. Travel documentation requirements are subject to change. I recommend checking the Disney Cruise Line website for the latest information.

    Tony's Tip: For an extra special cruise experience, adults in your party may enjoy brunch or dinner at the elegant Palo restaurant. (An extra fee is required to dine at Palo.) If you visit Palo for dinner, I recommend scheduling it for a day that doesn't fall on your dining rotation day for my favorite Disney restaurant anywhere: Tiana's Place.
