DH and I are thinking about attending the HOB Gospel Brunch and are looking for feedback on whether or not it will be feasible to go with our DD (age 2). He is worried she won't sit still for the performance, I think she'll enjoy the music. Any advice?

Misha, my husband, parents and I attended the House of Blues Gospel Brunch at Downtown Disney about four years ago.  My son was almost two at the time.  We (the adults) loved it.  The music was amazing, and they do a great job getting the audience involved.  Most people were clapping, singing and/or dancing along at some point during the performances.  The food was also excellent.  My son did well for most of the brunch.  We found plenty of food choices that he was happy with.  The music is loud, however, and toward the end (I'd say last 15-20 minutes) he became cranky and my husband ended up waiting outside for us.  I think a lot depends on your daughter.  Does she like music (other than toddler-standards like wheels-on-the bus), is she sensitive to loud noise and crowds (the event does tend to be packed), when does she nap?  I'd consider all of these factors when you make your decision.

Whatever you decide, have a great trip!
